Services:

Rent Collection / Bill Payments - We collect the rent in a timely manner and deposit the balance into your bank account. We also pay all the bills pertaining to the property on your behalf.

Accounting - Monthly Income statements shall be provided for your personal accounting records, as well as a year end report for tax purposes.

Tenant Relations - We maintain a strict level of customer care in dealing with your tenants on a 24 hour basis.

Maintenance / Renovation Coordination - We have several qualified tradesman who work closely with us to ensure all issues of maintenance and renovations are done with quality, cost efficiency, and in a timely manner.

Vacancy - We offer constant advertising exposure on our website (see 'Availability section) at no additional cost. We also arrange for classified advertising and handle all showings to prospective tenants. We provide the rental applications, highly detailed lease agreements, and credit check resources to ensure a strict level of quality tenants. The final decision in tenant selection is always yours.

Additional Paperwork and Procedures - We also take care of annual rent increases, monitor fire alarms and overall condition of the property. Detailed information is kept on file for your reference.
